Shipping destinations and rates
We ship to eligible destinations available at checkout. Shipping is paid and is not included in the Numa Pro device or bundle price. The rates below are in USD; your checkout shows the applicable shipping charge for your address and order.

Processing and delivery estimates
The transit estimates above start after dispatch and do not include order processing. Please contact info@veloranuma.com before ordering if you need a processing or dispatch estimate. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; carrier disruption and customs processing may cause delays.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also visit our order tracking page. Contact us with your order number if you need help or your parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window.
Import duties and taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs charges. These charges are separate from our shipping fee and may be assessed by the destination country's authorities.
Shipping protection
When you purchase shipping protection, your order is covered for loss, damage or theft during shipping. You may choose a refund or a replacement.
- Damaged or stolen parcels: report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- Parcels that never arrive: report the issue within 7 days after the estimated delivery window ends.
To report an issue, email info@veloranuma.com with your order number and a description of what happened. If no delivery estimate was provided for your destination, contact us for help with a delayed or missing parcel.
Shipping protection is optional and does not replace or limit your statutory consumer rights. Please contact us about a missing, damaged or incorrect order even if you did not purchase protection; any rights and remedies required by law remain available.
Numa Pro trial
Our 90-night trial requires at least 14 days of use. Eligible customers can request a refund within 90 days of delivery and keep their devices and included accessories, with no return postage. See our refund policy for full details.
